Service Scope and Pricing
Pricing for non-emergency work is provided as a free estimate before work begins. Emergency work is priced at the time of dispatch based on the technician's on-site findings. A verbal or phone estimate given before a technician has inspected the issue is a preliminary range, not a final quote.
Licensing
All work is performed under Colorado's statewide DORA plumbing licensing framework. Permit and inspection requirements applicable to specific work, such as water heater replacement, gas line work, or sewer line replacement, are handled as part of that work.
